    I made a purchase with Distinctive Autos online as I reside in Calgary and did not wish to make two or three trips to Didsbury. After making a deposit on a vehicle, I then made a trip to Didsbury in order to pay the balance and pick up the vehicle which I would drive home to Calgary. I noticed after inspecting the vehicle it had several scratches and dings after being told by phone previously there was only one ding in the rear bumper. Following this discovery, I asked if there was a manual and two sets of keys to which they stalled and did not know how to answer, they knew full well there was no manual and only one key, a manual costs $100.00 and a second key costs $200.00 which I will now have to pay for, nothing was stated over the phone about there being only one key, as was said in the managers response, pure fabrication! and obviously no manual or this would have been mailed to me.
    On arriving home and making a second inspection I noticed other deficiencies, one brake light was out and one indicator light was out.
    The front armrest was broken at the hinge, the cigarette lighter was missing, the mat was missing on the passenger side, all tire valve caps, were missing, obviously, they do not know the importance of the tire valve caps, all of the rubber seals around the doors and trunk lid were dirty, the interior glass was dirty and sticker residue on the front windshield, the windshield washer fluid was low, I have yet to check the filters and fluids, engine oil is leaking, this does not speak well for there so called inspection and there so called detailing, this experience leaves a lot to be desired, and I would not return to make a second purchase! I notice in their response to my review they did not address the lights which were out, both the brake light and indicator light, they missed these in their so called inspection? I can assure you the armrest was broken as I did not sit in the vehicle until leaving, something more that was missed on inspection, and please do not tell me the engine oil has only just started leaking, another item missed or ignored! You certainly did not disclose in all honesty the deficiencies present with this vehicle including all the damage to the body which I pointed out on inspection, but obviously you are not willing to admit to your errors and make good this transction, your driving force is the sale and not the service!
